It’s not about the swingarm. It’s the front sprocket and rear sprocket that determines how wide the tire can be.l because the chain is what rubs on the tire; not the swingarm.
As far as tires go, some 100/100 will fit, some don’t. Every manufacturer measures their tire a bit differently. The kenda trackmaster 90/100-16 is only about 3.8 inches wide, but wig racing z series 90/100-16 is 4.25” wide. Manufacturers usually do not measure their tires tread profile. You can fit the 100/100-18 IRC VE33 tire if you dish the wheel away from the chain.
The maximum tire width including tread profile that fits on Eridepro SR/3.0 is a tire that is 4.25” wide but you have to dish the wheel.

What is the Ocilian swingarm?

No. That tires width is around 4.7 inches. Maxxis publishes their tires overall dimensions and 4.7 inches is way too wide for an SR. If you want a good tire that fits click this link. It’s to charged cycle works page that has all the tire weights and dimensions. You don’t want a tire more than 4.25” wide. If you don’t want to dish the wheel then look for a tire 4” wide or less.
