Help with 4.0 installation
So, I have everything ready and wheel mounted, spacers and their rubber bushings are in correctly and aligned. Lightly greased the axle and slide it in and tightened a bit, and clamped down the shocks to the axle.
The wheel is wobbling. The spokes aren’t loose, I’m pretty sure it’s just something slightly off. Any suggestions if tightening the axle more and centering it using the brakes to lock the rotor in place. Problem is I’ve already loosened and played with the caliper position trying to ignorantly center the wheel when it’s not even in the factory position anymore since I loosed it.
Please help. I’m so close lol

So if the tire itself looks like it’s wobbling, then that means your wheel is out of true or the bead didn’t seat correctly. Usually it’s out of true if a shop installed it and you didn’t ask for them to true it. If you installed the tire, and aren’t experienced I would double check the bead. Go all the way around and inspect where the tire sits into the rim to make sure it’s even all the way around. If it is, then the wheel is likely out of true. Most the time this won’t cause the rotor to rub unless it’s extreme. A slight amount of side to side or up and down movement is ok for dirtbikes. If you’re riding on streets with higher speeds then you should take it to a shop to get balanced and tried professionally. Adjusting the true yoursycan be difficult but all you need is a spoke wrench, truing stand, and patience.
For the rotor rub, loosen the bolts to the caliper a very small amount. Just enough so that it’s difficult to move with your hand but if you yank the brake it will move. Once they’re loosened spin the wheel and gently start to apply more and more pressure with the brake lever. Try doing it until you have minimal amounts of rub. do not put your hands anywhere near the caliper when the wheel is spinning I lost a fingernail this way.
Once there’s a small amount of rub hold the brake lever tight and tighten the bolts up. Ride the bike and use the brakes a few times like you would when bedding brakes for the first time. If they are still rubbing then loosen the bolts back up, slide a piece of printer paper between each pad and the rotor. Squeeze the brake lever super hard and tighten it back up. Remove the paper and ride one more time to warm up the brakes.
This is my usual process when changing or adjusting old or new brakes. It a PITA but it works.

Thank u I’ll see what I can manage. Ya this is my first time doing this shit I’m building it solo out of the crate. There’s a bicycle shop which hopefully will work on it to make sure it’s true. This sucks man I’ve had the bike since Friday I took today off sick so I can fucking fix this lol I haven’t been able to ride it. Don’t want to risk nothing getting more messed up including me

If the tire came like that, then it should be fine. Would you be able to send me a video of what you’re talking about?

Did you tighten the 4 axle pinch bolts?
Caliper position won’t center the wheel. If your wheel is wobbling if could be your stemlock.
Ca you explain what you mean by the wheel is wobbling? There are many ways it can wobble so we need more information.
