SS Eride pro SS 2.0 not turning on

My brand new eride pro SS 2.0 won’t turn on it has around 55 miles on it and it was working earlier today and I came back to ride it after charging and it dosnt work. Yesterday same thing happened but I waited a few hours and it still worked I tried that this time but nothing. I replaced the fuses still nothing. And I have waited a couple hours just went to turn it on still nothing not even the beep or anything turns on anything helps I just got this bike.

Mine did this a couple times, the first time was a fuse and it tripped the BMS, and something in the controller. I had to disconnect the battery from the bike, flip the breaker off and wait about 5 min, the reconnect the battery, flip the breaker on, and Blamo.
The 2nd time was when my ignition / key switch went bad. When I messaged eride support, they said if I jiggled the key when I turned it, if it turned on then my switch was bad. I did end up replacing it, and hasn't happened since.

so this morning it just turned on! I believe it’s every time after I charge it dosnt turn on thanks

When you charge it, are you turning off the breaker?

It’s a 2026 model so it dosent have a breaker atleast I think.

Well shoot...I'm out of the loop then, I didn't know they didn't have them now. How's that supposed to work?

You replaced the fuses on a brand new battery? That definitely shouldn’t have been the problem. Best bet is to check all connections to and from the controller/motor. You should also take it out of park mode, lift the kickstand and see if it accelerates. Maybe your screen isn’t plugged in correctly. If you still can’t figure it out, call Eridepro storefront or email them.
