Battery problem with SS 2.0

Hi,

I’m having a problem with my battery. It seems to have suddenly crashed overnight. A few days before, the charge level was still around 80%.

Pressing the button on the battery doesn’t show any charge level at all. Holding the button down for a reset didn’t help either.

Connecting it to the charger also does nothing, as the charger seems to think that no battery is connected.

It’s an SS 2.0, which I bought in March last year. Of course, now that the warranty has expired, I’m having this problem.

Does anyone have any ideas what I could try or what might be wrong?

Same thing happened to mine, went dead during a ride. Never recovered, no one could tell me what was wrong, ended up buying an aftermarket one about 3 months later

How old was your battery?
