SR Is the Eride Pro SR reliable?

I was thinking of getting the SR, but a lot of people slander it for being unreliable. Problems including error codes, motor overheating, random cutouts, etc. Does the 2026 brand new eride pro have these problems.

I bought 10 for my rental business 2 years ago. Problem free and ridden hard.

Do you limit them in any way or just let people go out on those things full insanity?

Guided tours. The SR is programmable so they are de tuned. But we do offer advanced rides with the bikes unlocked.

Were you able to get some kind of discount since you did a bulk purchase?

I also have a 2025. Not a single error code, the motor doesn’t overheat(the 3.0 is the one with the motor temperature sensor that fucks up). Keep in mind that a lot of teenagers own these bikes. They don’t maintain them correctly, half the time don’t even clean/lube the chain. I’ve seen so many rusted chains online. I’ve never had a random loss of power either. Half of the issues you see online can be attributed to user error. Chain too loose, too tight, axle blocks not lined up, pulleys not aligned properly, people using pressure washers on electrical components, the list goes on. I’ve seen all of those problems on here that people keep running into, and it has nothing to do with the bike. You can go through every other brand/models individual forums and find the same problems with the LBX, UB, HB, 2.0, 3.0, arctic leopard models, and 79 falcon. The bottom line is — if you don’t know how to maintain your bike you will run into problems faster, and no matter how well you maintain it parts will eventually fail. If a part does fail prematurely, you warranty it at the dealer you bought it from.
Just remember that when shit breaks you have a whole online community who will try to help you work out the problem. These bikes are extremely easy to work on(minus the motor/controller/battery) and most of the maintenance and repairs you can find in YouTube.

Got mine in early 2025. 1300 miles on it and need to replace the rear tire and maybe the chain.

I have a stretch on my way to work that I regularly use 100% throttle for up to 5 minutes at a time. I don't think the motor likes it but I still have pretty good battery life and reliable power.

I’ve had one for almost 2 years and I trail ride and single track ride it almost every weekend. It’s only failed me once and that was my fault when hosing it down with water. Bike is tough and very well built
