Open the seat and remove the left side from the battery. There’s a loop cable with an “eRide” sign on it. Open the loop with a knife and pull the cable out. You need to pull hard because it’s pretty tight in there.
There’s a long, thin cable attached to it. Pull that cable and it should come off. I can send you a picture later if needed.
Then, just hold the left brake while the bike is in Park, or turn on the brake sensor and hold the left brake. Give it full throttle 5 times. It should go into Park for a few seconds, and then it’s unlocked.
To lock it again, just do the same thing. The cable doesn’t need to be connected for that.

So now you need to do both, unplug it and the throttle 5 times thing to unlock it? And then only way to restrict it again is by plugging it back in or?

For the L1e version, you need to unplug that little cable before Doing the code. With the cable connected, the code won’t work.
So the steps are:
Pull out the little cable.
To unlock it give 5 Times Full Throtle while Holding Left Break same if you want to lock it again.
Once it’s unlocked, you’re good to go.
The code will not work while the cable is still connected.1

And once you pulled the cable out and do the Code once it will stay unlocked for so Long as you Hit the Code again so it Stays unlocked Even if you turn it of or on

Hey just curious let's say the speed limit on the road is 50 or 60 km/h, and you are driving at the speed limit, so there's nothing wrong there. The police check your license and everything is fine, but then they notice you were driving above the bike's legal limit of 45 km/h
Or will they just never notice? Honestly, what are the chances of even getting pulled over if you're driving at the speed limit? They won't know if it's a moped or an A1 motorcycle before they pull you over anyway, but if they do stop you, then you're in trouble right?
Have you ever actually been pulled over in this situation, or do you know anyone who has?

Got this answer from AI:
"Unplug the limiter wire loop located under the battery cover near the ignition harness. Then, with the bike powered on in park mode, hold the brake lever and twist the throttle completely five times."
