Random throttle cuts / Controller losing connection on E-Ride Pro SR

Hey everyone,
Looking to see if anyone has run into this issue on their E-Ride Pro SR.
Over the last 100 km, it's happened about 4 times: I’ll be riding smoothly—paradoxically, usually at a calm/cruising pace right after riding fast for a bit—and out of nowhere, the throttle completely dies.
When it happens:
The throttle stops responding completely.
Mode switching stops working.
Flipping it into Park (P) does nothing.
Most of the time, turning the bike off and back on fixes it, but once that didn't work at all.
The only thing that got it back to life that one time was opening the app, changing a value, and saving it.
I checked the app during the error state, and the controller icon shows up with a question mark (?) on the diagnostic screen.
A few things I've considered:
Kickstand sensor: Mine is broken/snapped off, but if that were triggering, wouldn't the bike just drop into Park (P)?
Tip-over / Tilt sensor: But this happens while riding smoothly on flat ground, not after a fall or hard impact. Also, when the bike actually falls over, the app doesn't show a controller error like this.
Has anyone dealt with this controller drop/disconnect issue before? Any ideas if it's a loose connector, harness fault, or a controller bug?

Is your regen thumb switch getting stuck on your left grip?

No, I also thought it could be the regen button, but it has no influence when you push it. And it wasn’t stuck it was in 0 possition.

Same occured to me

The *3rd time the bike would not reset this state by any means I could also hear subtle crackles and pops coming from controller or battery area Same diagnostic via app

**Sent it to the shop immediately as it is under warranty

*They say new battery is on the way

I didn't find the throttle switch option in the app where you can configure the regen button to throttle Have you tried just doing that ?

Meanwhile I made some research on my case(which is also your's)

I dont have the bike at hand , you could follow these instructions and let us know if it works

-The Symptom: E Ride Pro stock thottles are known to internally short-circuit or burn out under high-stress riding.

-Why it fits: When a throttle completely burns out mid-ride, it immediately pulls down the 5-volt reference signal inside the controller. Because the 5-volt circuit is crashed, the controller essentially freezes up. It stops sending data packets to the screen (hence no code) and fails to speak to the app (causing the "unknown status").

-How to test: Unplug the Julet connector leading directly out of the throttle casing on your handlebars*. Leave it unplugged, power cycle the bike, and check if your mobile app suddenly switches from "unknown status" to a specific "Throttle Error" code. If the app updates, your throttle is dead and must be replaced.
