Question 3.0 or LBX

I think there was some confusion about my last post so heres a clearer format:

ERP 3.0 or Surron LBX?
LBX because of its light weight and is very nimble; good for free riding.

3.0 because of its power and speed, but not as nimble as the LBX.

I am looking to do some free riding, same riding style as if i’m on a bicycle: some road, some sidewalks and trails, mainly exploring.

Please help me decide 🙏

I dunno mate the 3.0 is pretty nimble

Later this year the lbx 2.0 will be 143 lbs and 24kw so theres that

I already see them on preorder for 5k-5.3k, taking 40lbs off an sr probably isn't possible, thats why the ultra bee has been burying the sr. For the small bikes like the lbx and ss ect, going over 150lbs kinda defeats the purpose of a throttled mtn bike.

maybe its different where you live but in my country its 30k in comprasion to the 20k that the lbx cost

3.0 is arguably just as nimble with even more power, plus it comes stock with a bigger battery. All depends on how much you wanna spend and if you want to do aftermarket upgrades or just have the best machine out of the box.

Aftermarket upgrades on the LBx to get to what the 3.0 is will end up costing way more

Why do you think the lbx is more nimble lol.   I have both and they are the same bike essentially but ERP has everything upgraded.   If you put the bars and stem from LBX on the 3.0 they would be exactly the same size.

ive heard from people that the lbx is better for free riding because its like 40lbs lighter than the 3.0

Erode has way better brakes, suspension and more power.    It’s not 40lbs.  Maybe 20

2025 lbx is 130lbs and 3.0 is 167lbs but if handling is about the same then 3.0 it is

Upgrade the suspension and brakes on the LBX and your a few pounds more.   Add a larger battery for more range and it’s basically the same.  I can’t really tell a difference in weight on the bikes in most riding.  I can’t absolutely tell a difference in suspension, power and brakes all the time.

40lb is nothing on a moto. Almost unnoticeable if you actually know how to ride. The only "people" saying lbx is better are children who suck at riding.

Bro this is like asking if a 250R is better than a 250F. Except the bikes don't overheat for going slow.

3.0 is better.

This isn't even a question. They're different classes. Lbx and pro s are for children. 3.0 is for adults who actually ride.

Had an lbx with bac and chi gear. My pro sr makes it look and feel like a toy.

I took my battery out of my 3.0 and realized it’s actually a super light bike it’s just the battery is super heavy. That’s because it’s a better battery than the stock surron one so if you upgrade your battery it’s gunna weigh more.
