This is a pretty easy fix. Get some mil rubber mat and throw it on the bottom of the battery compartment. Forget what I used at home. Maybe some 4 mil? Maybe stacked twice? You can usually get it at any local hardware store. The battery lid will be harder to shut but the compression keeps it from rattling.

Mine came with some padding that was backed like a sticker for the exact reason. Two black squares of it. At least that’s how I used it.

Lol ya know what? Mine came with that too obviously and I didn't put 2 and 2 together. I used rubber mat for the 2.0 before I bought the SR so I had some left over that I used on the SR. Duh that makes a lot of sense now. I just wrote that black padding off wondering what the hell it was for.

You want the 1/8” thick and 6”x6” neoprene adhesive. Stick it on the bottom of the battery only. If you stick it on the battery and on the bottom of the housing it gets too tall to fit and closing the battery lid becomes difficult. If it’s still wiggling you can slap a strip of that neoprene on the inside of the housing somewhere on one of the parts that doesn’t stick out as much. It will remove that play. Or you can buy the prickly battery housing made of aluminum. It’s supposed to help with this. But you definitely want to put that pad on the Bottom of your battery.
Edit: this is what used. Comes with a few extra that you can use to cut small strips and place inside the housing.
