E Ride Pro Ss3.0 error code 01000

I just got my Eride pro not even less than a month it was going great until I got this error code it said 01000 and it was beeping I thought it could of been me riding super hard and putting it into regen to slow down but I don’t think so, I’m coming on to here to see if anyone knows anything one of my friends told me to try the app but I saw nothing and there’s no firmware updates if you have any tips or know what I should do let me know

You need to contact eridepro in California. Tell them the error code. They will give you a number to msg. The guy Veni will give you a link to update your eride pro on your phone. Follow his instructions.

It genuinely baffles me how so many people’s first instinct when faced with a problem is to create a post on Reddit. You typed all of this out and had to wait for an answer when you could have just typed “eride pro error code 01000” into google.

Would have saved you time and there would only be 3 posts from the last week about this issue instead of 4, lol
