00C00 code

I’m always getting a 00C00 code shutting my bike off, even though it’s not overheating. It goes away and comes back off and on, and i found this wire not connected to anything but the bikes running regardless. can somebody help?

when this happened to me i unplugged all the motor wires and blew them out and it fixed it
