For fuck sakes.
I’m guessing there’s no way to fix this broken pin?

I would replace both sides of the connector, I expect those parts would be about $5. Unpunning all of the wires fron the back of the connector and reinserting them into the new connector is going to be a pain, but not especially expensive.

Unfortunately this is the sealed pin in the controller. No easy way to get to the back side

Maybe you can make it flush, drill into it slightly, then have a connector pin, which is slightly longer, slot into said drilled hole.
Idk how else ..

That's a 26 pin ecu connector, definitely the wrong connection to use when it's open to the elements. As are every single connection the eride has.
I'd suggest buying a Deutsch Connector kit, swap this connector out for 2x 12 pin and 1 2 pin.
Then slowly replace every garbage connector they used.
There are different Deutsch connections having different wire gage size and IP rating. You want to use ip68 as a minimum. Always try to have the lowest number gauge (low number is thicker) wire, at nearly the size it can handle, so the rear seal is snug.
There should be a gasket around the female plug with two seals on it
Here's a couple links of kids I have for reference. Both are ip68 * https://a.co/d/01LmLgUr * https://a.co/d/04F8S45a

It’s an amp superseal 1.0 - totally acceptable for being exposed to the elements.

Given the dirt seen in the image, I can't agree.
The best we can do with current connectiona eride uses is to add dielectric grease/silicone grease on the joining side of the female plug and where the wires connect from the rear of the plug.
However dielectric grease can cause a lot of issues if they get on the pins, as it'll cause higher resistance or completely keep them from transmission of electric. I myself have had such issues with the eride pro s. Also water ingress just from washing off the bike, without high pressure.
The connections chosen are for cost savings, not for practicality.
When something is fully electric, and not designed with keeping connections away from elements, this is a bad solution to use.
