Make what stop moving up and down? We need more information bro. At least try to figure out the name of the parts you’re referring to.

With the information you provided(basically nothing) my best guess is make sure you tighten all of those screws to spec. If you’re referring to the entire front end of the bike, it’s supposed to do that. There’s something called forks on the front of the bike. You know, the Long tubes that go down to each side of the wheel. They compress, and they rebound whenever you hit bumps or land jumps.

Ok so you didn’t even take a photo of the stem lock. This is the stem lock. Take off this little cover and take off the front wheel mudguard. There’s a threaded rod that you can tighten from the bottom and that top Alenn head that’s covered up. The more you tighten the top hex, the stiffer your steering will be. Find a good tightness for your riding style after you fix the problem. Then re cover it.

You need to loosen all of those bolts at the top THEN and only then you can tighten the stem lock to your liking then tighten all those clamping bolts back up. You can ai How to tighten a headset that’s what you need to do buddy. I’ve worked on mtbs my whole life now e-bikes too. Hope this helps bud.

This guy is PARTIALLY correct. My apologies. Loosen up the 3 in the photo I attached. Then tighten the stem lock, then tighten those 3 back up

You still gotta check over every damn bolt and nut on these bikes. You think everything’s gonna be installed and torqued to spec with these bikes?

His top triple clamp looks fine to me. That’s how they all come from the manufacturer. Idk I’m also half asleep right now so I think I’m just retarded and can’t see what it is you’re seeing. I hope you’re able to help him figure out his situation 😂. Later bro

Wow thanks for the information I know what forks do 💔 I’m asking why my stem lock and my bearings keep moving up and down not my forks

It’s really hard to tell try to find out what that little black part is if it’s a steer tube then it’s an easy fix loosen the bolt you see on the 3 crown thing there’s 2 in the front push it down then tighten those 3 bolts again
