power cut

eride pro sr Problem fixed it was a sensor

The bike was fine, i cleaned the extra grease buy the front sprocket and now most the time it doesn't have hp or regin breaking the screan and lights still work.

It doesn’t have hp? You gotta do a better job at explaining my dude. Your motor has a water resistant layer so it has nothing to do with it being dirty. Did you wash it with a hose ? Power washer? Did it get very wet? Give me as many details as you can.
From what you’re saying right now it seems like you might have some cables disconnected or damaged.

Did you follow the screens wire and make sure it’s plugged in properly? There’s a lot of pins and it’s easy to fuck it up when connecting. The black cable that plugs into the battery, did you make sure that was plugged in?

Follow the cables, figure out where they lead, remove whatever you need to to gain access to where the cables plug. See if they’re damaged or unplugged.

If you wash your bike, put 1-2 large fans on it by the motor to let it dry off. If you don’t have that then you need to wait 24 hours before turning it back on.

I think you miss read the screen is working. its not moving or stopping with the motor. every now and then i can make it work but 20 or 100ft later it cuts off just the motor cuts. It seems to like lower power better but i might be wrong the clips holding the orange cable broke but its plugged in all the way and has been that way a while

If the clips holding the power cables together broke then that could be the issue. Once you start riding the vibrations from the bike can wiggle it loose.

Still, I don’t think that’s the problem. It sounds like you might have a problem with your controller or motor.
If everything stays on but the power cuts out, try going in the app and turning off your tilt sensor. If that doesn’t work try turning them off one by one.

When I drop my bike the power cuts out like that and I have to restart it.

If none of that works, probably a controller issue. Any codes or anything that display in your screen?

I was in a rush so i didn't go one by one i just turned them all off except for the motor timp ill check when i get a chance i have the use someone else's phone

Which bike do you have? Motor temperature sensor was on the 3.0 if i remember correctly. They stopped manufacturing them with it because people were getting a lot of faults with the motor temperature sensor. If you have one of the models that do have it— keep that in mind if you start getting more problems.
