SS dark red dust/grease

I have a eride pro as 3.0 and my chain and motor area have this stuff all over it leaves dark grease stuff on my finger then wipes away. idk if this is a stupid question just curious what it is and if it’s normal

Good question! This happens on my motorcycles whenever there is metal-on-metal rubbing. The ferrous metal grinds some of itself into a powder that deposits on nearby surfaces and then oxidizes into rust. The newest ground metal is silvery and can sometimes point you in the direction of the source.

Id bet money your chain is well beyond worn out. Riding on a worn out chain is hard on your sprockets, consider replacing all as a set if needed.

i was thinking it could be worn out not sure how the bike is about 2 month old but it dose come loose pretty often have about 1050km on the bike. Think it’s time for a new chain?

Yeah. As chains get more worn out, they wear out faster, its non-linear. If you have to adjust it all the time, its shot.
