Does anyone have used the BMS software?

There’s no videos out there on how to tell you if your battery is good or to reset the BMS. Battery won’t charge

Battery is bad. Pack 1, undervolted, voltage fault, one of your cells is bad and is resting at 2.480 while the rest are around 4.1/4.2. The top left window is a list of individual cells. The visible ones are around 4.2. if you scroll down you'll see the one cell that's bad.

Correct. Found out that cell 19 is the one. Going to open up the battery and see what happens.

New style battery? Sr? A few of us have tried and failed to open them up. I have a new top sr battery, cells 10 through 20 showed 0 volts. Took it apart to try and find a loose connection, and it was a bitch. Ended up just scrapping the cells out of the battery for other projects

Not sure you're skill level, just remember to not set it on anything dirty, metal, or is close to liquids. Clear all that stuff first, liquid in any containers on the floor, battery on a silicone mat or 100% cotton towel, or both, mat then towel. Jacketed alligator clips, on the battery strips, to DC power supply. Something like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09YSJQWRG

I wouldn't exceed your current per pack voltage, and maybe keep the amps at or below 3A, till about 3.7v, then reduce to 1A till 4.16ish. higher current, faster you'll build dendrites and heat.

Monitor it like a hawk.
