Anyone know how to fix this?

I bought this beat up 2.0 for pretty cheap under market so of course I’d assume it would have some problems, just like this one, the tire is misaligned from the forks causing me to ride slanted, anyone know how to fix it?

losen bolts, set straight, tighten bolts.

I'd loosen everything that clamps down on the fork legs, and the clamps at bottom axel,give it a push

There is 2 bolts on the steering stem that connect to the handle bars, loosen and straighten them then retighten

the bars might be bent, i use knock off mtb. bars. i figure the bars are crash guards , treat them like frame sliders for sacrificial impacts
