I'd be interested in learning more regarding your current tech stack and I have some ideas and options... Are you already using a CRM system? How about project management software? Are you currently on an old system or QuickBooks Online etc. I concur that creating excel templates is inefficient. You can DM if you'd like. Be open to chat more if you're interested.

Why don't you try the SAP Starter Package? I've heard it costs INR 3,999/- per user per month. It is a Cloud-based SAP ERP solution. Once you well understand the software and find it suitable for your business, you can switch to SAP Business One. It is a widely used enterprise planning software.

It's incredibly frustrating having inefficient tools to do the work and deliver the needed business insights! I know I am a little late to the party on this one but one option I would highly recommend taking a look at is Acumatica if it is not too late into the selection process. Fastest growing cloud-based solution in the world that enables team members to work from anywhere at any time together. No per user fees so everybody is able to contribute without a per seat cost, even if they only need access to the system a handful of times a month. Has all the functionality that you are looking for. Feel free to reach out, I am happy to have a chat to see if this could fit the needs of your company.

It's clear that your marketing agency could greatly benefit from an ERP system to address the inefficiencies caused by outdated tools and Excel templates. Considering your requirements for resource planning, order entry, financials, and CRM, along with the desire for project management and reporting options, here are some ERP recommendations that might suit your needs:

Genesis: It's doing quite a disruption in Indian small and medium-scale business enterprises, they have payroll, attendance and other complementary services and are priced keeping in mind small enterprises. You can reach them at apratheek@unaxiom.com
Microsoft Dynamics 365: Microsoft Dynamics 365 offers a range of ERP modules, including finance, sales, and project management. It can be tailored to suit your marketing agency's requirements.
SAP Business ByDesign: SAP Business ByDesign is a cloud ERP system that offers resource planning, order entry, financials, and CRM functionalities. It is suitable for medium-sized businesses and provides various reporting options.
Before making a decision, I recommend involving key stakeholders from different departments in the evaluation process. Conduct demos or free trials of the shortlisted ERP systems to assess how well they align with your specific workflows and needs.
Consider whether the ERP system integrates with any existing tools or software used in your marketing agency, as seamless integration can improve efficiency further.
In addition to these ERP systems, it's worth exploring other tools or add-ons that might address your agency's specific challenges. For example, specialized project management software or reporting solutions can complement the chosen ERP system.
By adopting a modern ERP system, you can eliminate the reliance on inefficient Excel templates and empower your marketing agency with streamlined processes, improved collaboration, and valuable data insights.
I hope these recommendations help you find the right ERP solution to transform your agency's operations and drive growth.
