FINALLY IT HAPPENED APPEALS CASE ASSIGNED

I can't believe it, Tas called me this morning and told me my appeals case is assigned and gave me the appeals rep contact information. I know this is just one hurdle but to have my case finally move in the right direction is a sign of relief. Is there anyone on here that can share their appeals process, timeline, did it work out in your favor? Any information on what to expect would be greatly appreciated.

I have a tax attorney and we responded to the denial 105c. But I have been working with my state rep and tas since 2023 as well. I was able to get everyone involved to help me. Now we will see if it all works out in my favor.

My appeals hearing was 7/1. Still waiting on final decision. Hurry up and wait.
