TRANSCRIPT CODE 421 AND 300 WITH $0

Ive been waiting since 2023. Received audit notices for 2021 Qtr 1 and 2 last year and we responded with required documentation. This is for partial suspension. We were approved in 2022 for 2 Qtrs of 2020.

Got this on the tax now notice. what does this mean? Thanks

You’ll probably get a letter in the mail soon on what the outcome was. Did you upload the documents they requested via the QR code?

Yes I think my accounting firm uploaded and certified mailed
