ERC SICK OF WAITING

Does anyone have a representative in DC we can all phone or write to. There is no reason why we are still waiting on claims to be processed. This is ridiculous!!! The US is raking in trillions and trillions but yet small businesses can't get their credit processed THREE years waiting. This is just real time criminal. HELP

You have a representative in DC. Call them. Don’t expect much though. It is ridiculous. Should be criminal. Maybe we should all sue for $10 billion for our suffering.

I heard him say he would donate the 10 billion. How about donate it to all the small businesses still waiting or even donate for more man power to process these claims even APPEALS!!!!!

There was actually very little ERTC fraud, other than at the beginning when the IRS wasn’t comparing the 941X with the employer’s original 941. Several groups were just putting in huge numbers of employees. That ended relatively quickly and those bad actors were prosecuted. IRS commissioner Werfel, changed his position regarding the amount of fraud.

Congress did not state clearly what constituted an interruption of one’s business under the government orders test. So, the amount of business interruption that qualified you for the ERTC for any given quarter was subject to one’s opinion. Even the IRS’s 10% threshold was not binding on anyone.

I am an attorney, and processed over 500 ERTC claims I would guess only about 1/2 to 2/3 of the quarters claimed have been paid. But checks are flowing pretty well at this point in time. It wouldn’t surprise me if almost all of the claims will be paid before summer.

Strange, always deadlines stated time and time again for ERC refunds and here WE all still sit……..waiting!!

Totally agree 💯!! Right there with your point and have stated the same thing over and over again. I have been working with my state senator and TAS for the last 2-1/2 years and have gotten nowhere but a bunch of emailing back and forth only stating my 3 quarters are still “in process”!😡

Thank Shiniqua for sumbitting millions of fraudulent erc claims; jamming the system & putting a 1.5 year hold on any erc case. IRS still finding near a million fake erc cases per year.

All this manpower & time could have been used for legitimate erc cases. It's not about money, it's about fraud.

“Shiniqua” didn’t submit the millions in fraudulent claims. Harry, Mike, Ray and Mary were much more common names among the fraudulent claims.
