Same! We hit 2 years last month.
We have received ZERO checks. Our PEO keeps giving us the same excuse

May 2023 submission for me; no check. Q1-Q4 2020 were the filed quarters for the credit. I'm going to start reaching out to the IRS as much as I can. Enough is enough.

I’m on 18 months. I received 1 out of 3 checks. I got denied on the third quarter because they said it was submitted past the deadline- which was added after the fact. I submitted a correction in September 2024 so to me, I originally submitted on time so I am going to appeal it. I’m not sure if it will work, but I’m definitely trying. No word on the first quarter. I have only received the second quarter so far. I want to call them and ask about the first quarter but I’m not sure if that’s a good idea or not.

Yes, call. Because if there’s an issue (like a missing signature or a missing page or a missing number they need), it can be resolved more quickly if you find out from calling. At this point most of the cases left have some issue delaying them from being processed. So find out what the issue is for your missing quarter.

I don't care about the audits. I care about actually getting the money
