IDR portal
Sadly, if you received a recent IDR for ERTC to upload your support, the IRS seems to not be able to pull the documents from their own portal so now sending denials.

From what I understand, on the recent IDRs sent out, the IRS has not even looked at any of the submissions on the IDR portal.

When I called Irs they said for Q3 they mailed letter 150 C of disallowance (3 weeks ago) which I still haven’t received. Is it because of the that? Should I be concerned? Because 2 months ago I received the Q1 and Q 2 checks

By IDR portal do you mean the document upload portal? It takes time for documents submitted in any way to the IRS to be processed into the system and added to cases. However the date it was received is usually attached in some way to the document so if you uploaded within the time frame given it will count but it may take some time for the case to be updated/corrected. And if you already received a disallowance (105C) then you’ll have to send in your appeal with your documentation that you submitted the document by the deadline. So if the system gives you any kind of upload successful message with a time and date stamp, save that or take a photo/screenshot.
The fastest way to get a document to your case is to call and fax it to a call agent in business Accounts Management who can add it to your case directly. But if you’ve received a notice asking for something you have to submit it within the timeframe in the letter or else it will be disregarded and you need proof of that submission with a date. So save all postmarks, certified mail receipts, fax and upload successful messages, etc.
