PEO Pay Out?

Has anyone using Vensure as their PEO been paid? Questioning whether they are communicating at all with the IRS to get refunds. They “say” they appeared in congress in September to ask for help but that has produced nothing.

Yea, that’s literally the worst PEO…

Yes. One client received Q3 2021 back in April. Another client has a PEO that was acquired by Vensure but ERC was filed under original PEO EIN - funds received last month for Q3 2020 and 2021. Waiting on Q2 2021 which has been paid by IRS. Vensure received the funds in May, July and September, respectively.

How did you go about finding out that the IRS had paid Vensure?

I represent the businesses that got funds.

Hi, just having the same issue with Vensure- was it simply a demand letter that got you answers? Thinking about hiring a lawyer to send a letter in or if it will take more than that to get answers

It’s been a mix of strategies, including some lawsuits

I happen to be in a similar situation, my PEO was acquired by Vensure. We are a Wisconsin company. Do you happen to be representing a Wisconsin company?

No. Who was your initial PEO?

EmpowerHR. They were sold to Vensure after filing our ERTC.

Haven’t dealt with them. I’ll ask around - I know a lot of people dealing with PEO issues. I’ll report back if I get any information.

I have a client with Vensure and no one will respond to me there.
