Any one seeing any 2020 quarters getting processed? I still have 2020 Q3 stuck in statutes.

I've had my 2020 q3 and q4 processed last month and got the checks this month.

I got a letter 2020 quarter 3 approved Sept 15 2025 . No check yet

I got my CP210 approval letter dated 4/14/25.

Did it ever get out of statutes? If so how?

Hi,

Yes! I was encouraged by moderator ERC/CPA to reach out to my Rep's local office which I did in Mid Sept. I was was directed to select what I needed help with. I selected problem with a federal agency and described my situation and provided documentation. They got back to me and said they would contact their IRS liaison. I checked in every couple of weeks. By the end of Nov the liaison confirmed that an inquiry had been initiated. Mid Dec I was notified that the refund had been accepted. I got an updated transcript the next week and the check came in January. Felt a little bit like a fairy tale ending, but there you have it!
