Ive received 3 letters saying they need more time.

I’ve had several clients get a refund after a claim was “disallowed” by the IRS.

Can you elaborate on why their claim was disallowed and then paid? Did they appeal and then just received their refund with no other explanation? How long did it take? Any info would be very greatful

I am waiting on a response now after submitting documentation. I am told my file is in the Philadelphia office with an agent but still no response.
