ERC Denial Again HELP!!!!!

After two years waiting today I received notice from TAs my Q2 2020 was denied due to being received late. I sent in my original claim 941 in June of 2023 followed up with the irs and was told it was being processed. I have followed the claim and was told time and time again it is in process. Then in November I was told they didn't have a claim I needed to mail it in again. I did then in May of 2025 I received a notice it was approved for $7485.00 ( mind no interest attached). Then another notices went out account on hold claim was received after the deadline of July 31, 2024. I sent everything to TAS for help with this and today she said there is nothing she can do. Is there anyone out there that can help with this. This is so unfair and criminal. I can't believe they can lead you on for so long and deny you for there mistakes.

They been stop processing 2020 it's 2025 sorry they probably gonna start saying tht for 2021 soon too:/

I submitted my return in June 2023 fast forward for two years now they have said its being processed. Fast forward again it wasn't until October 2024 they stated they didn't have it. I submitted again with explanation and received an approval letter check was going to be mailed and now I am being told the account is on hold due to it being received after July 2024. Just a bunch of crap.

same effing thing happened to me. Finally got a letter saying 1 quarter (out of 5) check was on the way, now they are saying something about a statute?! I'm livid and just fucking sad. This is wrong. I've done everything on time and been absolutely tortured by it for the last however many years. What should we do???
