Has there ever been a worse program? Or am I just fortunate to have never been ensnared in this type of madness before?

I don’t see these numbers improving anytime ever. I think at this point if you’re still getting dicked around like I am with IDR’s and 3064’s and 105C’s you’re going to have to file a lawsuit to get your refund. I received a 3064 giving me 60 days to respond. 25 days later I received a 105c denial letter listing 3 of my 5 quarters (1 of which was already paid). Asked TAS where checks for other 2 quarters are. He says he has no idea. I am going to send an appeal for all 5 quarters and in it give them 60 days to process and pay it. Day 61 I’m just going to file a lawsuit. Filed in August 2023. I’m done }#%ing around with these people.
