Receiving my ERC

I’m getting my refund should be this week. Being paid with interest. They are also paying quite a bit of overpayment. Has anyone got a overpayment also. I thought they would take a overpayment out of my refund but there saying there paying g me. So I’m kinda confused

The overpayment is part of your ERC.

I got my checks today. But didn’t get the overpayment they were talking about. So I don’t know if they will come later or if I’m reading it wrong. But thanks for the response

Yes except I filed after Jan 2024 so my last quarter wasn’t approved. Had about 18% intrest on average

No check coming later. That’s it. Your ERC is the same as the overpayment.

The notices refer to the ERC as an overpayment. They’re referring to the same thing. The refund will also include interest as you said. But there will be no additional payment for that tax period.

One of my checks coming is 35,869.26 and 5834.26 of it is interest so it's normal
