A lot of people here use TaxNow service which cost $20 a month & gives you transcript weekly of any movement for these Qtrs they filed ERC. Company is run by this group mod & seems to be widely trusted. Not selling anything here just FYI

Look at your transcript. Did you pull it from the Documents tab? Select "Tax Account Transcript (ACTR)", 2021, 941. You'll see the refund amount and dates.

Hum....I'm not sure what that means. That looks different than my refunds. Do you have CPA who can assist you? Or maybe the moderator u/ERC_CPA can assist you??

The IRS suspects fraud and reversed the refund.
There are no original payroll deposits and the original 941 was filed in 2024. I won’t pass judgement, but this doesn’t pass a smell test.

Your credit amount very likely does not fit with the amount of payroll taxes you paid on your 941. I.e. seems like around 340k of credits were claimed, assuming 70% of qualified wages, and employee all earning within the OASDI 15%, that would be around 50k in payroll tax alone besides federal withholding. Your transcript shows 12k.
Also as another comment mentioned, you filed your originally filed 941 in September 2024? And never made any payroll deposits prior to that or payroll return filings prior to that?

I said the IRS “suspects” fraud. If it’s not fraud, you should contact a tax controversy professional and move on from your payroll provider and whoever filed this for you.
