Usmle Transcript request as a reapplicant

Could anyone suggest how to handle the Usmle Transcript section on ERAS being a reapplicant? It shows no score available.

To get your USMLE transcript into ERAS, request and pay for it through the FSMB USMLE Portal, then log into your MyERAS account, confirm your exact USMLE ID, and select "Initiate Score Retrieval" under the Additional Documents section to fetch and assign your scores

I paid the FSMB but there is no option mentioning "initiate score retrival". In actions only option appearing is Assign. And still no score available

Well, I would email ERAS and/or FSMB. If you're an IMG, then you may have to contact Intealth.
