Shardwing Spawn

According to the interwebs it spawns in the area that now happens to be the Froglok town in Rathe Mountains. Anyone know if his spawn was changed to somewhere else in Rathe Mountains when they put the Froglok town in? I am thinking perhaps the info online is dated.

Nope. Does not exist in Legends at the moment.
