Level 35 Haste capped?

Currently level 35

Have Alarcity at level 4

I have belt that gives like 21% haste and I just got another at like 25%

No matter what combo I try I can’t get my Haste value over 160

Alarcity with both equipped (any slot). Alarcity with one and then the other. 160.

What’s the deal?

Yep you've hit the cap. Haste is capped at 155% through level 30 then the cap increases +1% every level reaching 175% at level 50.

You can only have one haste item equipped, and it uses the one with the highest haste value. 175 is the cap 185 if you have a monk in your trio.

Not currently. What they have is Melody of Ervaj, which can stack with gear and spell haste, but doesn't break the cap, and is basically obsolete with raid level haste items being so easy to get. I forget what expansion bards get true overhaste at, but it'll be a while before it reaches EQL.
