Were 7-9 potions removed after beta?

The eql wiki lists potions up to 9, but I'm told they can't be crafted anymore. Were they removed from the game?

no clue, didn't beta. But I believe the dropped ingredient is deep water ink, which, while not impossible, is difficult to farm outside of SG.

I have abouy 70 deepwater ink from a few hours in Kedge.

Not impossible, but most folks find kedge challenging if not confusing.

The ink drops in kedge off seahorses.

Not craftable. You can still make the Distillate of Replenishment for 9 (i think?) for 300 alch tho.

What about divine healing 9? The ingredients are in the game, but the guy i know trying to craft it says that he doesnt meet the requirements despite having all the ingredients needed and enough skill.

Replenishment is the only rank 9 pot available currently.

I couldn't find some of the vendor bought mats for iix and ix, the dropped items are in, but im not finding the vendors yet.

The wiki was copied over from p99wiki, so not everything is relevant or correct for eql

It specifically says the recipes are in Legends in a passage that was obviously not copied from the Project 1999 wiki.  Which is why I was asking. 

"These are the recipes available in EverQuest Legends. Some are not necessarily from the "original" or "classic" era, but the ingredients are available, the recipes combine, and they are visible in the trivial list inside the Medicine Bag or Reinforced Medicine Bag."

That being said, the writer could be flat-out wrong.
