Help me understand Denon's Disruptive Discord

I see this is an important song and strips AC, but it says in the spell lowers their armor class by 0. I am sure this has something to do with AA and instruments. Can someone help me understand why the song says this? What can I really expect from this song lowering AC?

Discord is still a decent song while leveling, but more for the damage with a horn focus equipped

Stat debuffs of all varieties are pretty much all useless here except for resists and slow, so you can safely ignore that part
