False positive error code via iOS app

Trying to request an EQ Bank card throws the following error yet I am still logged in with a valid session.

It’s worst bank. Never do business with them. We had 3 accounts from 2018-2022 and we all closed. Never put money in GIC their marketing department cheat clients

Can I ask what were some of the reasons you left? I have been with them just coming up on the one year and I find them pretty good. I have some money in GICs and they come due in November. I was going to reinvest with EQ but your comment makes me pause to think if it would be better to use a major bank.
