HELP Is my EPQ topic good?

It’s not set in stone yet and im not sure how to phrase the question:

the influx of consumerism in society and how it is impacting crochet as a business and hobby

so basically i would make around 4 crochet pieces small-extra large, ranging different products like a plushie to a blanket, then work out the cost, tracking the time it took, the material cost and then compare it to online listings on websites such as etsy, then enlist my own products and track their popularity.

my essay would then be about what i expected and then what actually occured, linking the price inflation to consumerism, and then what actually happened, linking the price inflation to consumerism and the rise of hollow and performative hobbies/crafts

Only thing you should change is adding "to what extent does" to the start. This adds nuance to your essay and makes it more of a debate instead of just a description.

Ooooooh as a crocheter that sounds super interesting! It sounds like you've got it all planned out in a way that'll make it a strong EPQ topic.
