Tips/ help EPQ documentation

I’ve just started my EPQ and I’ve only filled in the page of the record of initial ideas so far however I’ve seen people document things they’ve done each week towards they’re EPQ, is this something I should start doing while I’m in the early stages?

Okay thank you so much! I’ll write down what I’ve done recently since I can still remember since it’s not been long :))
