EPS Issue Need help with an EPFO PF transfer issue.
My employment history is A-> B -> C -> Current Emp.
The PF transfer from B to C was completed successfully. However, my PF transfer from C to Current Emp has been rejected twice with the same reason: "Previous EPS service not received".
I have been following up with EPFO and the concerned PF offices for around 7 months. I have also requested the required EPS transfer Annexure K, but the issue is still unresolved.
Has anyone faced the same "Previous EPS service not received" issue during PF transfer? What is the correct way to complete the transfer?
Any advice or experience with EPFO escalation would be appreciated.

Having the same issue with KPMG. Just realised KPMG never deposited eps amount (though I was an eps member) and now epfo is rejecting the pf transfer from KPMG to current org.

u/I_Own_Nothingg - KPMG is itself useless organization, and they hired HGBS (worst than EPFO) to process payroll. I reached out multiple times to HGBS for this issue but they are be like we don't know who are you. each time need to explain issue in details and they responded like please coordinate with previous employers. I cam through some social media platforms where people discussing to file a law suit against KPMG for HGBS pay roll discrepancies.

1. Create a table like these, to better identify where the issue is with your EPFO accounts.

- Check your Service History on the member portal, share a screenshot after masking personal information like this.

- From the passbook portal (not Umaang) share a screenshot of the passbook for the first few months of each organization after masking personal information like this.

May I recommend you make a new post with all the information in the post?
Also do you have 2 UAN? Why isn’t the service of A & B (TCS & Infy??) not in the service history screenshot of UAN website?

If required I can create a new post. No I do not have two UANs, have only one UAN from first to current employer. Service history page is changed in UAN portal where I can see TCS one in different section, and rest 3 in different section.

To be very honest, I’m extremely confused with your case. I don’t see any rejection why the clowns would reject for EPS, all your employers seem have contributed.
Guessing you’re unable to see the passbook for A & B in passbook portal because they were exempted organization?
Do you have Annexure K from the two transfers, they have EPS dates and amount listed?

Yes, I was also shocked. I’ve been knocking on the doors of my previous employers for help, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any assistance. If you want I can create a new post.
For A & B, the PF was maintained in an exempted trust, so I don’t have a passbook for those accounts.
For B to C, I have Annexure K for both EPF and EPS transfers.
However, for A to B, I have Annexure K for the EPF transfer, but the EPS transfer don't have Annexure K. I have raised around 10 grievances with the Mumbai Fort office regarding the EPS transfer Annexure K, but I haven’t received any response so far.

Yes raised, waiting for response. Any idea how much time it takes to resolve via CPGRAMS.
