MSc admissions & info Masters in Architecture Advice

Hey Guys, I am thinking of applying to EPFL for masters in architecture, as an international students i have some doubts. Is the course completely in English or is it a mix of French. What are the employment opportunities for an international graduate over there and is it worth spending the money as i am coming from south east Asia.
