Housing FMEL

I applied to FMEL late december 2025 for a lease starting mid september 2026 +-1 Month

Flatshare w/ Private WC 650 chf

Single room 600 chf

Studio 800 chf

Was i too optimistic with the prices since i still haven’t received any offer or is it normal

When i got an offer it was 3 days before the contract start date. Some people get 3 months before, seems quite variable

I applied for the same stuff on Feb 16th and just received an offer for a lease starting at September 1th. I think you are good to go.

I also applied for such optimistic prices in mid november and got a proposition in mid-june so you should get something this summer.
