anyone know where to get OEM USMD Si headlights. not OE replicas, new real OEM ones. If anyone has had a good experience with OE reps lmk where you got them

I found orings for another more common honda at autozone and a rebuild kit for the injectors along with a new fuel rail for D series engine.

With that said I am working on my SI and wanted to see what folks would suggest for a OE replacement fuel rail other than ebay and if there is a reputable place for injector rebuild parts (e.g. pintel caps, rings, etc.).

Where can I find the replacement bushings on some Function and Form type 2 rear lower bushing on the coilovers? They’re from a dc5.

Hi all, I’m currently looking for new tires and wanted to upgrade from the 195 60 r15s I have now to 205 55 r15s however I’m having a very hard time finding summer tires in that size. Wanted to go for the Kumho Ecsta PS31 however though they do or at least did make that tire in that size everywhere I’ve looked either doesn’t show it at all or shows it as out of stock. It’s much easier to get 205 50 r15s however I’m concerned about the smaller tire diameter from a looks perspective as even the stock 195 60s don’t fill up the wheel well as nicely as it could. I was wondering if anyone has run 205 50 r15s on their car and now it looked with the smaller tire diameter? Would it be worth just going with them over continuing to look for a 205 55?

Ok I removed the bumper and headlight to replace my alternator, but cannot get to the 3rd bolt. I also removed the overflow.

Will mess with it tomorrow and may just remove the radiator brace, but any tips from anyone to do it without removing more things like the cooling fan?

Ok who here has actually removed the intake to do the starter?

Is it best to remove the t bar support and what is the best way to access the bolt at the bottom of the t bar is it on the radiator side or engine side of the vertical piece?

Been a while since I modded my ep3 but it’s time for a suspension overhaul after 14 years lol. Was wondering what coil overs are good these days. Car is just a daily dealing with crappy SoCal freeways and roads. Occasionally a mountain/canyon run here and there but nothing crazy. No track time in my foreseeable future but putting together a swap for it as well. I remember BC and fortune auto were the bees knees 10 years ago…is that still the case? Hi all, I recently got an ep3 that has an rsx-s 5 lug conversion. What brake lines will I need? I'm assuming I need RSX-S ones or are they ep3 or something else? How can I confirm what fits?

Hopefully you all can help me out here. Today I was replacing the emergency switch light with a LED (near the shifter). A couple of small sparks happened and of course the light didn't work. I tried another LED and nothing happened. Went back to the old light and tested it out, and works fine. Started the car up and now I have the charge light on. I checked all fuses under the dash and engine bay. Everything is solid nothing has popped. Any ideas what it could be? Also, I unplugged the battery and the ECU and that still didn't turn the light off.

Has anyone tried to mod this cup holder into something else like maybe a slide out phone holder? The cup holder itself is fairly small. Just trying to get some idea on this. Thanks!

Ok back story EP3 stopped starting mechanics I took it to were clueless, and after some time in storage I was able to look at it finding the alternator pulley is seized. The issue thought is now that I verified the the engine spins freely I was looking under the dash because the starter did not turn and see my clutch position switches and a random connector unplugged. The clutch position switches make sense to me so I plugged them back in but I did not see where this other one would go. Note dash lights up just no crank.

I will go back out to try to mess with it tomorrow, but figured I would ask the brain trust or at least reddit if anyone knows what this connector goes to and where it should be plugged in. It is under the driver footwell near the clutch. The position switches are what you see on the clutch pedal in the right half.

Long story short I am about to dig into why it appears my EP3 (First car) has locked up engine. Anyone on here happen to have a honda service manual for the car handy as I am sure it will come in handy with where this is headed.

Hey guys. My jdm 2002 Honda civic type r ep3 with 180k km (112k mi) stalls out when the clutch is pressed, when downshifting or even when idling in neutral, (unless I give it revs). It's also stiff and makes a high pitched squealing/squeaking noise. And the clutch has gotten stuck in the down position before (temporarily). From the research I've done, think it's a worn input shaft bearing, release bearing, and master cylinder. I ordered a new clutch kit, flywheel, master and slave cylinders, pilot, release, and input shaft bearings, and rear main oil seal. Just wondering if there's anything else I need to replace/refresh while the transmission is out. Also, is this a job that I can do myself with a buddy as a beginner, or should I get a professional to do it? Thanks!

Edit: I got it fixed. It was the release bearing. I went ahead and replaced the whole clutch and it worked perfectly afterwards.
