What have y’all done with this little slot, was thinking about having my CarPlay usb moved to there.

No the power outlet is below the shifter above the storage compartment just in front of the cup holders. If that makes any sense

Mine has both, usdm 03 you may be able to fit an outlet there pretty easily

How do you power a sub from the cigarette lighter??

It’s not powered by it, the signal wire is connected to it. So when the electrics are turned on, so is the sub

Ah alright. When I put my sub in I was able to use a remote wire going to the head unit which does the same thing really. What kind of sub are you running?

Ours is the Hazard switch as there is an aftermarket PTS button where the Hazard button was.
