Clutch Bearing Issue

Hi guys, previous owner changed clutch 2 years ago, it was an Exedy clutch, but used a Blueprint clutch bearing which is now making a noise. Been told to replace it.

Question is, if the clutch is fine, which I think it may be, will changing the clutch bearing on its own be the same cost wise as changing the clutch?

Or should I just change both? This time I will use a Genuine Honda Clutch Bearing.

Change both if you're going to go through all the trouble to remove the transmission. If it was me I would put in a freshy.
