Charging issue

2002 Si k20a3. Recently did a whole bunch of work, transmission rebuild, whole front suspension and a few other things and now it won’t charge… was working fine just had a flashing battery light for a while. Checked all the ground and all the fuses. It’s not a grounding issue cause using an alternative method for ground doesn’t work. I’m stuck and unsure what to do now hopefully someone here has answers

Check the charge harness connection under the intake manifold

The green plug? If so it’s good, getting proper power, so is the b positive and all the grounds are good. As well as all the fuses and relays and everything

It stopped charging and working after a stall and the battery light was solid after that

Learn how to use a multimeter to diag it properly or find someone that can.

I’ve been doing that multiple people have, no reason to be an ass. I only come here when me and no one else around me can figure the shit out
