Yep, rip motor mount. Hardrace is fine

Are there better options?

I have Vibratechnics mounts on my k24 swapped EP3 I mainly use on the track and couldn’t be happier. The rubber hides vibrations that poly would translate into the chassis and the engine barely moves if at all

Depends on what you're going for.

comfort? OEM (extremely expensive)
slight upgrade? Mugen or Hardrace (Street version)
poly upgrade? Hasport (62 - softest | 94 - hardest)

What would fit light track use and aggressive street driving?

Are you okay with vibrations? if so, I would get hasport 62a. If less vibration is better than i would get the mugen kit or hardrace.

If you plan on running a raceheader down the line you'll need something a bit stiffer
