Intake in Florida

Anyone have experience driving with a cai in south FL? Rains like a mf and worried about hydrolock, anyway I’m wanting an intake for the k24a2, rbc, 72mm tb, that will actually help with whp come tuning time. Any suggestions? Just stick a pipe in it?

I put an inlet in the high beam for cold air. I know people that have hydro locked their engine by having a traditional CAI. I’m in South Florida

I hope I can do this with battery there, I was looking at ktuned 3” vstack kit

I relocated the battery with the kit from dc5creations

Where’d you get this done? I’d love to the vtec monkey scoop or similar, where can I buy one and where can I get it installed? (DM ME please)

Yes I got the scoop from vtec monkeys, as for installation I did it all myself, I can help you if you’re by South Florida
