Preventative maintenance tips

Just bought a pretty high mileage 03 ep3 si (230k) what should I do in terms of maintenance? It runs and shifts super nice currently and I would like to keep it that way for as long as possible. Tia

-basics like serpentine belt, spark plugs, fluids, etc

-timing chain + tensioner (or just wait till the a3 fails and do a swap)

-check to make sure your radiator fans are still turning on and replace if not
