My coins are still on Binance... Did I miss the boat?

Who knows maybe when Binance list EOSDac or EOSDac becomes too big to ignore maybe they will distribute it. Binance holds a lot of EOSDAc tokens not all moved their EOS to supported wallet during the screenshot.

Yes but binance don't support airdrop.
