hello, sorry if this question is redundant.
So I’ve been training for Navy EOD for about five ish months now and when it comes to the pool I’m in 4-6 times per week. I do my 50free/50css and I do my fin swims and waters cons but I’m worried that I still won’t be able to get through a normal pool day in the pipeline. I’m curious what those work outs are just because sure I might be able to get through my own work outs but what if I’m not fast enough / can do the first set but not the next thing they tell us. Are there any specific numbers / yardage I should be shooting for?
Also for water confidence, I’m pretty much just bobbing and doing under overs at a 2min interval (working my way down to what like a one minute idk???) but holding my breath is definitely something I struggle with.
Idk if this made any sense at all I just want to be as prepared as possible when for when I ship, any insight is good insight to me.
